What it is
Bungee jumping involves leaping from a height while attached to an elastic cord.
How to do it
Queenstown in New Zealand is home of commercial bungee; Bloukrans Bridge in South Africa is one of the highest bridge jumps.

My experience
Commercial bungee jumping was started by A J Hackett, a New Zealander who first jumped from Aucklands Greenhithe Bridge in 1986. The first permanent commercial bungee site, the Kawarau Bridge Bungy was near Queenstown on the South Island of New Zealand.
It’s something that appears on many bucket lists, and definitely a great adrenaline rush from throwing yourself off a platform with an elastic band tied to your ankles!
